Define Causes of iron Deficiency Anaemia?

Anaemia is a condition in which the blood cannot carry enough oxygen. This may be because there are fewer red blood cells than normal, or because, as mentioned above, there is not enough haemoglobin in each cell. Iron is the main component of haemoglobin. Lack of dietary iron is the world's leading nutritional deficiency and the most common cause of anaemia.
