Define Cancer - excessive fat intake?

Role of fat in cancer is debatable. High fat intake is indicated as a risk factor to cancer of breast, colon etc. Saturated fat intake has been implicated more in cancer events. Abused oil intake (re-used oil) and oils with high peroxidative potential producing free radicals in body also promote carcinogenesis. The unsaturated fatty acid consumption should not be indiscreetly promoted in absence of relevant research data. The PUFA intake should not exceed 10 en%.
