Define Briefly the Enzymatic Proteins?
The most varied and very highly specialized proteins are those along with catalytic activity - the enzymes. Virtually all the chemical reactions of organic biomolecules in cells, you might be aware, are catalyzed by enzymes. More than 2,000 enzymes are identified.
