Create App based on existing data for dog clothing sizes

We are an importer with wholesale customers.

We would need you to create an app for our customers.

For their web sites as well as also possible for mobile.

I believe this must be a simple project.

The factors are 1) dog breed, which is an input 2) product (type of clothing), which is an input and 3) size recommendation, which is the output

The manufacturer has this program up on their site already. The products are all from one brand.

We want you to make it thus that we can have our customers 'paste' this app on their sites and possibly moreover for customers to download. It will not be linked to the site it will be an independent app or database.

As well we will convert the information (dog breeds and product names) into Japanese for the final app product.
