Management of Initiatives and Focus - KPI

In this era of fierce competition and to have the competitive edge, it is significant to conserve the material and human resources through way of utilizing the resources more judiciously through preventing the wastage. The whole exercise is a kind of movement that required to be started immediately and it will be effectual in accomplishing this object. At the similar point of time it is also important to focus on increasing the efficiency.

We could see that our competitors are ahead of us, using the newer technologies more fast, adapt to change without any inhibition etc. It is nothing but the management of initiatives and focus. KPI and performance benchmarking exercise is the endeavour in which direction since it is through management and for management only. These are initiatives and give the focus in a measurable fashion and process capabilities.

Management could feel the waste of material things and the inefficiencies. But how to address this feel and gain confidence that YES it is not only a feel but a reality, for that management needs initiatives and focus and this comes from KPI and benchmarking.
