Lease finance is ideal within the following circumstances:

a) Whenever the asset depreciates faster.

b) Whenever the asset is matter to obsolescence

c) Whenever the contemplated expansion program the available asset cannot meet

d) Whenever the asset's cost is prohibiting

e) If the asset is utilized seasonally

f) If the asset can produced returns to pay off lease charges in the short run.
