It is recommended that if possible you should buy a copy of this book. It will prove useful for the new fourth year configurational aerodynamics module also. Blackwells bookshop has been told that this is an essential course text, and they do have copies in stock. If it is not possible for you to buy the book then the library has multiple copies.
Each week the worksheet will give you several sections of this book to think about. The worksheet will pose a few questions which may require some maths to answer, or may be more conceptual. In either case, you will need to read the sections and really work through your own understanding. This is the second key part of the module. You must do this in advance of the laboratory which will build on your understanding. Prof Badcock will discuss the reading with you in the laboratory sessions.
