Notation for Body Axes

The standard notation for the body axis sytem for aircraft dynamics. This sectionexplains the signi?cance of the term body axis and develops the non-linear inertial equations of motionwhich are the basis of almost all aerospace dynamics. In the following chapter (3) the forces due toaerodynamic forces are considered. These aerodynamic forces are are generally treated by linearisationso the non-linear models developed here are subsequently linearised (ie approximated by simpler linearmodels
