Charging an Electroscope by Induction Using a Negatively Charged Balloon

One general expression performed along with the electroscope includes the induction procedures of charging. In the induction procedure of charging, a charged object is brought near to but not touching the electroscope. The attendance of the charged object above the plate of the electroscope, induces electrons inside the electroscope to move accordingly.
