The staff of the International Medical Center is constantly motivated and oriented towards collective action. The staff's ideas are taken into account in a well-supervised "bank of ideas." The staff meets regularly at luncheons and other social events in substance and unity as a family. They treat the spirit, body, and mind of patients and these are the roots, together with the tradition of hospitality, dignity and respect which are brought to work. In the International Medical Center, staff members are completely conscious of what it mean to work in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment and help each new member make the adjustment with simplicity.
