What are the specifications/characteristics used by the manufacturers to describe a digital to analog converter? Explain each one briefly.
Ans:
D/A converter characteristics are:
(i) Resolution:- It is the smaller possible change in output voltage like a function of percentage of full scale output voltage.
(ii) Linearity:- In a D to A converter equal increments in the numerical importance of the digital circuit the input-output relationship is not linear.
(iii) The accuracy of D to A converter is a measure of the difference in between the expected output voltage and the actual output voltage.
(iv) Settling time:- While the digital input to a D to A Converter changes the analog output voltage does not change certainly. Due to the presence of switches, stray capacitances, active devices and inductances related with passive circuit elements. The transient shows in the output voltages and oscillations may also happen the time needed for the analog output to settle within +-½ LSB of the last value after a change in the digital input is termed as settling time.
Aggregation is the relationship among the whole and a part. We can add/subtract some properties in the part (slave) side. It won't affect the entire part. Best example is Car,
What are the Difference between $display and $strobe Difference between $display and $strobe is that $strobe displays parameters at the very end of current simulation time unit
What is the benefit of MITRE''s evolutionary approach to KM?
Selective set The selective-set operation sets to 1 bits in register A where there can corresponding 1's in register B. It does not affect bit positions which have
Factor which helps in analysis of parallel algorithms is the total number of processors needed to deliver a solution to a provided problem. So for a given input of size let's say n
How is multidimensional arrays defined in terms of an array of pointer? An element in a multidimensional array like two-dimensional array can be shown by pointer expression as
Q. F'(a,b,c,d) = (a + b + d')(a + c' + d')(a + b' + c') d'(a,b,c,d) = (a + b' + c + d')(a' + c' + d')(a' + b + d) Find the simplified function F and implement it using NOR Ga
