(a) What are the basic conditions for a body to be in state of equilibrium?

(b) Two steel cylinders of similar diameter are supported in a rectangular vessel. The width of the vessel is 3.5 times the radius of the cylinder. Design a free body diagram of both the cylinders and calculate the reactions at the bottom of the vessel.
