Calculate the Amount of Oxygen - Microbial Survival and Growth?

The amount of oxygen in the environment influences the microbial growth. Depending on the oxygen requirement, you may recall studying those bacteria may be aerobe, facultative anaerobe, anaerobe or micro-aerophilic. Moulds are aerobic whereas yeasts are facultative anaerobes.
