Binary Multiplication

Multiplication can be seen as multiple additions. For  example  if we  have to multiple 4 and 8 we can  8, 4  time to get the  solution. Actually this  concept  is used in  microprocessor for  multiplication. Followings  example shown s simple  binary  multiplication .

 Example :  Multiple 101011102 with 11012.
 Solution   :                               binary                                Decimal
                                               1010110 -multiplicand          17410
                                                X 1101 - multiplier                 1310

                                                1010110 - partial product 1

                                           00000000 x - partial product 2
                                           1010110 x - partial product  3
                                            10101110 x - partial  product 4
