What are benefits and limitations of using Hidden frames

3)    The ability to access & cache  the  data items stored in various hidden forms.

4)    The ability to access JScript variable values stored in various frames if they come from the same site.

The limitations of hidden frames are:

1)    The Hidden frames are not supported on all browsers.

2)    The Hidden frames data and be tampered hence creating security hole.
