a. Discuss: without any additional information, what is a plausible queuing model to use for this question? What potential flaws are there in this choice, and how might they affect the answers?
b. Using the model you chose in (a), graph the expected customer waiting time (the time before service starts) for a range of service times from 1.5 to 2.4 minutes.
