Assyrian keyboard for android, C/C++ Programming

Project Description:

I want an app that the user can download it from the play store and use it as a keyboard for texts and writing. Just like the Samsung keyboard and the arabic ibrahim keyboard. My project is the Assyrian keyboard. I want some good and real work being done. I have all the files for the letters. That i use in Microsoft word I don't know how much that would help but provide me an Idea on what's needed and how much the price and I'll send everything.

Skills required are Android, C++ Programming, jQuery / Prototype, HTML5, Mobile Phone
