Are there any ways to analyze and value seasonal businesses?

Seasonal businesses can be valued by discounting flows using annual data, but this needs some adjustments. The right way to value the flows is using monthly data. Fernández shows that errors due to the utilization of annual data are significant. When using annual data, the calculations of the value of the unlevered company and of the value of tax shields have to be adjusted.
