Quality Control
Normally there is a quality control departments in every industry which is charged along with the responsibility of ensuring about the products made do meet the customers standards for illustration, the US bureau of standards is one of the national institutions which on behalf of the government inspects the different products to ensure that they do meet the customers specification.
The US bureau of standards together with other control department has developed quality control charts. They employ these charts to check whether the products are up to standards or not.
