Q. Analog Control System for steam generator ?

The analog (modulating) control of the Steam Generators will be performed using a Process Control System (by Buyer). Detailed functions for each Steam Generator will be displayed on the central plant control room operator stations. These functions will include:

• Water flow (path 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, etc.)

• Fuel flow

• Air flow

• Steam pressure

• Air/gas ratio

• Stack gas temperature

• Steam density

• Multipliers

• Adders

• Dividers

• Bias stations

• Steam header pressure controllers

• Trend recording of all variables
