Addressing Model
As we have learned already that each instruction has two parts one is op code and another is operand. Op code specified the type of operations to be performed and operand is data on which the operation is to be performed. There are various ways of specifying the operands in8085 instructions. The way the operand is specified in the instruction is called addressing mode. 8085 micro processing has followings addressing modes.
Partial derivatives - Transistor hybrid model: The partial derivatives are taken by keeping the collector voltage or base current constant as pointed out by the subscript atta
Explain AAS instructions in 8086 family with example and their effect on flag. AAS: it is stands for ASCII adjust after subtraction; this is used to adjust the AX register l
Q. Counting to moduli other than 2 is a frequent requirement, the most common being to count through the binary-coded decimal (BCD) 8421 sequence. All that is required is a four-st
Q. A silicon npn BJT is biased by the method shown in Figure, with R E = 240 , R 2 = 3000 , and V CC = 24 V. The operating point corresponds to V BEQ = 0.8V, I BQ = 110 µA,
Consider the point-to-point radio link introduced in problem 9. By how much must transmit power be increased to maintain the maximum BER of 10-5 if the channel is flat Rayleigh-fad
Q. Explain, with the help of structure, the working of UJT? List its applications One of the oddest semiconductor devices in use is the unijunction transistor (UJT). As its nam
Q. Consider an upgrade of a three-phase transmission system in which the operating line-to-line voltage is doubled, and the phase or line currents are reduced to one-half the previ
