Mary is a 55 year old female, she is 65" in weights 132 lbs so she's in a healthy BMI range, however she has osteoporosis and she doesn't consume any dairy or leafy greens (calcium containing foods). She doesn't consume any fruit and little vegetables. She's consuming too much added sugar and processed foods. She needs to get better quality grains since she's only eating white bread and crackers. She really needs to consume less sugar and more calcium rich foods for her osteoporosis. Write 3 possible PES statements for this patient and then write three specific interventions and three goals.
