Estimate present status of U.S. healthcare system as it pertains to underinsured and uninsured populations in the nation. Items to address in this opinion paper focus on giving health care from ethical and legal standpoint. Some topics to consider are illegal immigrants, persons who select not to practice healthy but expect to receive assistance for health care, employers who fail to give insurance for their employees which earn too high of salary to be eligible for assistance and cannot afford private insurance.
