I need help to solve the following problem;
Problem: A plane microwave with wavelength of 5.0 Cm is traveling in positive y direction. It has polarization in x direction and the peak of its electric field is 20.0 mV/m. Its initial magnetic field at origin is negative and its magnitude is half of the peak of the magnetic field.
Part A: Write expressions for the magnetic and electric fields.
Part B: Find the intensity of the electromagnetic wave.
Please use great detail in explaining the solution. Thank you.
