Write a corporate investment grade bond pitch on the company NVF Inc (which is a housing company). Include a relevant macro thesis as well as a more specific thesis on the company. You may pick any of the NVF bonds with any maturity date as long as you have reasoning behind it. Also please include a competitor analysis in the pitch.

I personally think it makes the most sense for this to be a short bond pitch on NVF since the housing market is weak and rates are likely to rise which will decrease bond price (also I was thinking a short to mid maturity date)
