In this assignment, you will revisit and complete a positive psychology intervention called "Three Good Things." This intervention is a way to put into practice Philippians 4:8-9 and to honor the journey you have been on with one another these past fifteen months.
Upon successful completion of this discussion, you will be able to:
• Practice biblical principles found in Philippians 4:8-9.
• Complete the Three Good Things exercise.
Background Information
The goal of this assignment is to assist you in 1) practicing the biblical admonition to be grateful in all things, and 2) applying the positive psychology intervention called "Three Good Things." Both scripture and the concepts in positive psychology agree that being thankful helps us not only feel better but also strengthens our relationships with God and others.

Question 2. For this assignment, you will complete a variation of this exercise as it applies to your experience while you were in MA in Psychology program. You will write about three things that went well for you during the past 15 months of the program, and provide an explanation for why they went well for you.
