Students are required to investigate about their selected topic in order to see how it could help in improving organizational effectiveness, within one selected local organization. Distributing questionnaire and/or conducting interviews are part of the investigation process.

Therefore, each group is required to present the investigation results based on the following guideline:

Results.
Recommendations.
All presentations should be done on the 12th lecture.
