Write a tactical career plan that goes more in depth than the one I currently have for a college graduate on a path to becoming a financial advisor paper needs to show progression. here is the rubric below:
Format
•The plan uploaded as a Word Document.
•The plan written in 12-point font, Times New Roman.
•The introduction and the conclusion/justification is double-spaced.

Content
•The plan will begin with an introduction, which is a revised version of the Tactical Career Plan Summary
•The final Hughes Tactical Career Plan worksheet (which is in table format) serves as the body of the document and will be placed after the introduction and before the conclusion. The worksheet will include the career objective and least three (3) Major Steps to achieve the career objective, and each Major Step should have at least three (3) Minor Steps to achieve the Major step, using the S.M.A.R.T. goal approach.
•The conclusion/justification will be the rationale for the overall plan.

Organization
•The plan will include an introduction, the final worksheet, and conclusion/justification.
•The introduction provides the reader with a summary of the key plan components.
•The final worksheet will include the major steps (3) and minor steps (3)
•The conclusion offers the benefits and sacrifices associated with completing the plan.

Mechanics
•The plan must be free of errors in spelling and punctuation.
•All S.M.A.R.T. goal attributes must be applicable to the career goal.
