Write a report on a community health problem. The problem could be any communicable disease, health condition or environmental issue that warrants public health concern.

Additional Requirement

This question is about on a community health problem which warrants general public health concern. Here an example of the recent outbreak of H1N1 swine flu virus has been given. The history, the coming back of the virus, the demographic and epidemiological data and the natural history of the disease have been discussed in detail in the answer.
