Black Box Testing:
A customer has requested a program be developed to meet the following criterion:1. The program needs to convert from celcius temperatures to fahrenheit temperatures.2. The user should be able to enter temperatures containing fractional degrees (ie. 12.3)3. The converted temperatures should be accurate to within 1/10th of a degree.4. The user should be able to enter the number of temperatures to be converted up to a maximum of 10.5. The output should be tabular with each row including the input and converted temperature.
Write a test plan to thoroughly test this program. The executable for this program is included in with this lab. You should have test cases which verify that the program does all of what is required in the problem specification above. You should also test to see how robust the program is, that is, how does it handle inputs outside the expected ranges.Document your test plan in a table. For each test case, document the expected program behavior and the actual program behavior. If the program does not behave according to your prediction, write a brief explanation of what the program did wrong.
For w=w0, compute the ratio of the amplitude of the voltage source over the amplitude of the voltage across the resistor,Q=|U|/V0, when V0=sqrt(2), C=8.2microF, L=7mH, and R=1.5kOhms. Is this ratio larger or smaller than one
A certain three-port network is lossless and reciprocal, and has S13 = S23 and S11 = S22. Show that if port 2 is terminated with a matched load, then port 1 can be matched by placing an appropriate reactance at port 3.
Two bar magnets are placed in a straight line with their morth poles 5 cm apart. (a) what is the force of repulsion if M1=25.1*10^-5 Wb and M2=6.28*10^-5 Wb. (b) what is the field intensity at the M2 north pole as a result of the M1 north pole.
Discuss the differences between, advantages and disadvantages of the following types of grounding systems: ungrounded, solidly grounded and high resistance grounded systems.
Write a program that asks the user to enter the numbers from 1 to 16 (in any order) and then display the numbers in a 4 by 4 arrangement, followed by the sums of rows, columns and diagonals.
A series circuit has a DC voltage source (56 volts), a resistor, (72 ohms), a capacitor (82 farads), and a switch. The capacitor is initially uncharged and the switch closes at t=0.
Consider an InGaAs APD with excess noise x=0.7, M=10 where M is the multiplication factor. The unmultiplied dark current is 10 nA and bandwidth is 700 MHz. What is the avalanche photodiode noise current per square root of bandwidth
Two random variables have zero mean and variance of 16 and 36. Their correlation coefficient is 0.5. A). find the variance of the sum. B). find the variance of their difference C). Repeat (a) and (b) if the correlation coefficient is -0.5
What is the relation between the conductance and the capacitance of two parallel conductors immersed in a lossy dielectric medium that has permittivity and conductivity?
Compare the readings of two ammeters of unequal resistance when placed in parallel with each other and the combination inserted in series in a circuit.
A production plant needs a counter that will count 4,000 items before resetting and recycling. How many flip-flop stages would this counter require
Allocate this block to 3 different customers. Customer 1 requires a block at least 10 addresses, customer 2 requires 254 addresses, customer 3 requires 2 addresses. Give a possible allocation of these subnets using the CIDR prefix notation.
