Question 1: PSG had purchased equipment on 1 July 2015. Due to cash flow constraints , negotiated to settle the purchase price of R350 400 on 30 June 2016. The supplier elected not to charge interest. At would cost would we recognise the equipment at ?

Question 2: Would we need to work out the PV , if there's no interest charged?

Question 3: Wouldn't the purchase price therefore just be R350 400?
