Work done on a rolling cylinder

A solid cylinder utilized for smoothing concrete is rolling without slipping along a horizontal surface by a speed of 5.4 m/s. The cylinder has a radius R=0.58 m, mass m=69 kg and moment of inertia I=(1/2)mR2 . You bring the cylinder to rest by exerting a force on it. If the cylinder does not slip as you bring it to rest, what is the work done by your force, using only the cylinder as the system?
