Preparing food safely is a very important measure to take when preventing illness, because this will not only infect you but the people you are serving as well. Be sure not to share personal items with others, such as a toothbrush, hairbrush, or a razor, items like this most often carry the most bacteria. Practicing safe sex is another measure that you can take to prevent many types of infections.
