Question: The government can best ensure equal rights for all by continuing to practice the ?fth amendment due process clause that requires the United States government to practice equal protection, and the fourteenth amendment equal protection clause which requires stated to practice equal protection. With these amendment strongly being enforced, the government will be sure to not draw distinctions between individuals solely on difference that are irrelevant to a legitimate governmental objective. Which explains why the equal protection clause is cruel to all humans civil rights. The government could help ensure equal rights for all by creating actions that will not bring harm, strict scrutiny, intermediate scrutiny, or rational basis toward any individual. If and when these protective measures are violated or are not being upheld, the government should immediately enforce the due process and equal protection clauses. In a divided world, equal human rights unite us. The government could help ensure equal rights for all by ?ghting down sel?shness, hatred, and despair, to help ensure a brighter future for all us. Without rights there would be no lasting peace, justice for the oppressed, or hope for a better, fairer and more prosperous world. This is all the reasoning why the government must ensure equal rights/protections for all.
