design a sequential circuit to control the operation of a vending machine which dispenses a $0.25 product. I need a state diagram and a state table. please help! More info: The circuit has three inputs, N, D, Q, and two outputs, P and C. The coin detector mechanism in the vending machine is synchronized with that of the sequential circuit. The coin detector outputs a single 1 to the N, D, or Q input for every nickel, dime, or quarter, respectively that the customer inserts into the machine. Only one input will be 1 at a time. When the customer has inserted at least $0.25 in any combination of nickels, dimes and quarters, the vending machine must give change and dispense the product. The coin return mechanism gives change by returning nickels to the customer. For every 1 output on C, the coin return mechanism will return one nickel to the customer. The product is dispensed when the circuit outputs a single 1 on output P. The circuit should reset after dispensing the product.
A stepper motor has 24 North teeth and 24 South teeth. What angle change occurs on each step If a full step is output every 1 ms (and assuming it doesn%u2019t slip), at what speed does the motor spin
What is the (approximate) maximum electric field intensity for which constant mobility may be assumed for electrons in silicon In a digital circuit with a supply voltage of 1V, what is the corresponding gate length for MOS transistors
Using the basic counter design / state machine develop a design that allow the user to push a button to act as a clock for the input to a counter. The output shall be displayed using either the discrete LEDs or the 7-segment as in the previous Lab..
Four voice signals. each limited to 4 kHz and sampled at Nyquist rate are converted into binary PCM signal using 256 quantization levels. what will be The bit transmission rate for the time-division multiplexed signal.
Why developing software for wireless devices is challenging? List and briefly describe the two (2) reasons given in your textbook for why developing software for wireless devices is challenging.
An electric field of 3.10×105 is desired between two parallel plates, each of area 36.0 and separated by 0.620 of air. What charge must be on each plate?
A silicon bar is 2 micro meters long and has 100 micro meters squared cross section. It is doped with 1x10^17 cm^3 arsenic. a) Find the current with 1V applied at room temperature b) How long does it take for an electron to drift from one end of the ..
an electric motor operates at 220V rms ,60 Hz, draws 20A rms, and has a power factor of 0.75 lagging. a) what is average power absorbed by the motor b) what value capacitor should be connected in parallel with the motor to give a power factor of 1
False positive and false negative rates can be adjusted, and they are often complementary: Lowering one raises the other. List two situations in which false negatives are significantly more serious than false positives.
A three-phase generator rated 480 V, 400 kVA is connected to a three-phase transformer rated 3.2 kV Y-grounded/480 V, 200 kVA, with reactance of 10%. The transformer is 100% loaded based on its rating at 0.9 pf leading.
A wave propagates 50m through a dielectric of region 1. Region 1 is lossy. Here, f= 0.6 Np/m. At an interface to region 2, the reflection coefficient is r =0.2+j0.5. The wave then propagates 50m back into region 1 from where it originated.
A digital communication system employs differentially encoded BPSK modulation scheme with non-coherent (differential) reception. If the Eb/N0 is 8 dB, what is the probability of bit error for the system
