I want to say that I really hope that each of you actually takes the time to watch this video. When I think about all of the mistakes I made, watched someone else make, or almost made, this video hit home. I wish someone would have shown me this video when I was in the HSA program. I wish I had known then what I know now. The only way that we, as leaders, can change the future of healthcare is to learn what not to do so we do not continue to make the same mistakes over and over.
