What would it take to get more companies involved in/with "manufactured goods recovery and reverse logistics", particularly electronics? Vermont has had the electronic recycling program since 2011 (passed in 2010). California was the first in 2003. As of July last year 22 states do not. The following states do not have an e-waste recycling law are: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Tennessee and Wyoming. A few of these states have disposal bans, but no "E-waste laws". Why is this an important consideration?
