Problem
Case Study: Pneumonia Patient Information: Rosa Martinez, 74 yo female Chief Complaint: "Severe fatigue" History of Present Illness: She went to the emergency room in July for shortness of breath and was hospitalized for several days. Upon discharge, she was given cefpodoxime and doxycycline and completed those courses. She has been on 1L of O2 continuously since that time. Today, she complains of feeling very fatigued. The physical therapist reports her sats dip into the 80s with activity.
Physical Exam:
General Appearance: Patient appears fatigued.
Respiratory Exam: Diminished breath sounds over the right lower lobe; possible crackles.
Oxygen Saturation: Dips into the 80s with activity, 95% at rest. Other Findings: No other acute issues noted; vital signs within normal limits.

6) Sotalol 80mg daily Recent Imaging: Chest X-ray reveals right lower lobe pneumonia.
