Question: Over the course of the semester, we have discussed several different factors that impact health, disease prevention, and treatment (e.g., genetics, stress management, social support, exercise, diet, smoking cessation, etc.). Of these factors (the ones I just listed are NOT all of them), which do you think is the most important in overall management of health and illness? In other words, if you had control over only one factor, which one would you pick to maximize your health and/or minimize illness risk?
