Jet is a 39-year-old bank employee.  Jet has been described by his colleagues and management as a well-spoken, tidy employee who is always polite and eager to assist his clients.  However, over the last two weeks Jet's behaviour has changed markedly. He refuses to use the bathroom at work explaining that the newly installed had dryers pull thoughts from his head out through his hands. Upon a colleague's suggestion that he need not use the hand dryers but the paper towels provided in the bathroom, Jet became irate, accusing his colleague of conspiring against him. Jet has become progressively difficult to understand often confusing customers with his responses.
