Assignment
The concept of leader's light or shadow has been introduced and we have seen different perspectives on when immoral leaders cast dark shadows. We have also discussed that refusing to face the dark side of leadership makes abuse more likely.
The assignment of this week is to reflect on which ethical pitfalls there are and how we can act to overcome them.
Please note that this is a reflection requiring your view and thoughts on the subject using the literature as support. Feel free to make your own examples to present your arguments.
