1. Which benefits do you believe would be most valued by employees in key strategic position(s) (i.e., positions most responsible to the way the organization competes with and/or differentiates itself from the competition) within the organization? Identify a key strategic position and then identify three valued benefits for occupants of the position and explain your rationale. Note: Answer only for the key strategic position(s) for the organization, you do not have to get into the fact that different types of workers might value different benefits more than others. An organization could have several key strategic position(s), but for this you only need to identify and answer for one such position.
