For this homework, you need to think about managers you have had in the past and select three who each best represent one of the three main leadership styles: charismatic, transformational, and transactional. Select a leader you have not used so far in this course. You can also select a well-known business leader who you are likely to find online information about their leadership styles. For instance, you might pick Bill Gates, Travis, Kalanick, Mary Barra, Elon Musk, or John Zimmer.

After you have reviewed the background materials and done some research on your CEO or other well-known business leader of your choice, write a 3 to 4 full pages paper (excluding title and references pages) to include at least three scholarly and peer-reviewed sources from the required or optional readings list addressing the issues below. Does your selected business leader meet the definition of a charismatic leader based on what you've read? Explain your answer using both the required background textbook readings as well as specific information you found about your selected business leader.
