3. Scenario: Imagine for a moment that you have recently been suffering from significant symptoms of depression, much more than you ever have previously in your life.

You cannot seem to shake these feelings no matter what you try, and your normal ways of handling your depressive affect are not working. You have noticed changes in your appetite, sleeping patterns, enjoyment of activities and work productivity. Those around you are concerned about you as they are seeing the changes as well.

a). What would it take for you to seek professional help for your depression? Answer fully.
