Question

My patient is a 73-year old female in for gym care. Her history shows She received a cardiac stent at age 55, has mild hypertension, and is on zocor, Plavix, and lisinopril. She had tonsil surgery as a child and has had bunion surgery. She works full time by choice because it makes her feel young. Normal gyn history, last DXA normal, mammogram normal, BMI is 26. First menses at 14 and menopause at 54. Works out at gym 5 days per week. History negative for tobacco or recreational drugs. Drinks occasional glass of wine. Never married and been with her partner for 2 years and they're getting married in 2 months. She has never been pregnant and her partner has never had a child. She states that her and her partner would like to have a child. She read an article where an 80 year old woman in Canada and a 78 year old woman in India had a child. She wants a referral and some guidance. What would be a Primary differential diagnosis? What would be a treatment plan?
