The social media page was created at the student's home using her personal computer. You suspend the student for 10 days for violating the student handbook policy that prohibits "harassment, bullying, and intimidation." The student files a lawsuit. Based on Kowalski, what will the court decide? Would the Supreme Court's decision in Mahanoy Sch. Dist. v. B.L., have any effect on the court's ruling? Why or why not?
