Your critical reflection must meet the following criteria:
A. Uses visual imagery as a stimulus
B. Reviews and reflects on how practices, resources, philosophy and policies of the service impacted curriculum design and implementation, and/or adaptation and own role as an educator.
C. Incorporates monitoring of children's learning and observations made about this
D. Where relevant, included feedback and collaboration from others
E. Uses children's responses to prompt reflection
F. Demonstrates the principles of effective critical reflection, i.e., includes points (at a minimum) about the following themes:
1. What worked? (strengths-focused, celebrating the wins)
2. What didn't work? (honest, objective, deeply enquiring, life-long learning focused)
3. What will I do about it next time? (practical, realistic steps that can be actioned in a similar situation that you're willing to commit to doing or otherwise enable preparedness, Sometimes upskilling is the action required.)
