I have a passion for the elderly, as a social work to be able to provide counseling to them elderly that may go into a deep depression state of mind due to lack of love from the family members not coming to visit the. Help them to cope with their illness and social withdrawal for their peers and society.

Another topic of interest that I would like to learn about is how to do case management deal with sexual activity or sexual abuse that occurs with the elderly. Although, there is a lot of literature that can be provided for them to read, many of them cannot see, read, and are unware of the different diseases out there. Sexually activity can be a beautiful thing for the elderly but also can be dangerous depending on the situation. (active or abuse)

Healthcare policies at a Macro level: Case managers will be able to help the uninsured population receive the same healthcare benefits as the wealth population. To be able to provide a long term service for the unprivileged without having difficult a time due to not having insurance. Policy decisions could alter medical training or continuing education requirements to meet the population needs. Can we as a people find a solution to solve our health problems, so that such problems does not smother or drown what was the greatness of America?
