You need to identify what is the motivation for this athlete. This might be a bit more challenging. Once you have determined what their motivation is, you will be able to determine what the negative or positive consequences are. ?

You must observe their behavior and write about what you observed. ?

After you identified the problem then you will write an intervention plan that will help them correct the problem.
