Solve the all parts of following problem:

Problem: An amusement park ride consists of a large cylinder with a removable floor. When passengers enter the cylinder, the floor is present. The cylinder begins to spin. When the rotation rate is high enough, the floor drops away but the passengers don't fall. The radius of the cylinder is 3 m and the coefficient of static friction between the person and the wall of the cylinder is 0.4.

Part A: What speed must the person have so that he/she doesn't slip?

Part B: What is the period of the motion?

I need expert help to solve the above problem.
